Congratulations on your engagement and thank you for your interest in Hidden Haven Farm (H.H.F.). We are proud to be one of the Triangle's first All-Inclusive facilities. We started doing weddings and receptions in February of 2002 at our Delightful Inspirations facility, and have been helping bride's wedding dreams come true ever since. We are a family owned and operated business. Anne Caspar is the owner of both Hidden Haven Farm and our sister facility, Delightful Inspirations. Jason Caspar, her son, is the General Manager and the Head Chef at Hidden Haven Farm. Anne's husband, Richard, assists in the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the farm. After an accidental double-booking, two sales girls meeting with two different brides at the same time, each booking on the exact same date and time, we offered one of the brides the opportunity to visit and use Anne's home for her wedding. The bride fell in love with it, and we have been hosting weddings there ever since. We help host about 10-15 weddings and receptions a year, accompanied by several rehearsal dinners. At Hidden Haven Farm, we try to make your wedding day as stress free as possible. To help us do that, we offer an "All-Inclusive" format. What that means is that we have invested in not only the bare essentials necessary for your reception, but several other features that we hope will save brides and grooms stress, time, and money. We have invested in the following items and include them when you choose to have your reception at our beautiful facility: tables (round and rectangular), white resin folding chairs, floor length linens (white, ivory, and black), napkins (10 selections), stainless silverware, decorative glass centerpieces, and various decorations. We also offer a beautiful walkthrough garden, a gorgeous ceremonial garden, a bridal ready room, gazeboes, ponds, horses, optional onsite catering, and a courteous staff. All of which are also included in our package price. We also have all of our ABC permits, so that we can provide our standard bar setups, or customize it to your taste. We offer 48 inch round tables, which can seat 6-8 guests (6 being optimal). Our 96-inch rectangle tables can be used for buffets, drink stations, Deejay set-ups, head tables, and even banquet seating. Our linens currently consist of white, ivory, and black floor length linens. Our napkin selection currently includes: white, ivory, black, "State red", "Carolina blue", "Duke blue", burgundy, green, dusty rose, and chocolate. Our white folding chairs also double as our reception chairs. They are beautiful and comfortable. Our sashes colors (for table decoration only) include: black, burgundy, chocolate, lilac, light blue, pink champagne, and white organza. If we do not have your color, we are able to rent other colors. We can and will assist you with any rentals outside the scope of what we have to offer. The reception area is immediately adjacent to the pool, which offers a tranquil setting and the ability to use floating candles to enhance the mood. The centerpieces are clear glass and can be used for flowers or candles (provided by bridal party). Other decorations include freestanding trellises, magnificent landscaping, and a beautiful house that would rival some manors. At this facility, you have the option of using our chef for the catering or you can choose a member of our preferred caters. Either way, you will not be disappointed. Our all-inclusive package includes the following menu selections:
Our menu consists of house specialties only. We are able to customize a menu, just ask our chef about options. Some substitutions are allowed or you may add as many menu items as you wish. We have a tasting every weekend there is an event, so ask about the weekend menu features. There are limited spaces and reserved for couples who have had a facility tour. The most important aspect of both facilities that has not been mentioned yet is our customer service. We pride ourselves in making you and your guests not only feel welcome; we make them feel like it's their special day as well. Come join our family and let us help make your wedding dreams come true. All receptions with at least 100 guests start at $80 per person. All receptions with fewer than 100 guests are $90 per person, with a facility minimum of $8,000. Holiday weekends have a minimum reservation of $12,000.
